Patients with verified dental insurance are asked to pay any applicable deductibles and copayments on the day of treatment. To make payments more manageable, Dr. Tropmann and Dr. Oyster’s office offers CareCredit financing, which you can apply for in our office, by phone at 800-365-8295, or online before your visit.
We also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks. Our billing coordinator is available to answer any questions about insurance, payments, or financing options to ensure your visit is convenient and worry-free.
At the dental office of Dr. Tropmann and Dr. Oyster, our goal is to provide comprehensive family dental care at a fair and affordable cost. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims for you when you present a current insurance or Medicaid card at each visit.
While we make every effort to accurately estimate patient co-insurance, the exact amount may not be known until the insurance claim is processed. Estimates are based on typical dental policies, but your insurance carrier may not fully cover the estimated amount or could deny the claim entirely. In such cases, the patient is responsible for payment of all applicable services.
If your insurance company requests additional information, please provide it promptly to avoid delays in payment, as any withheld payment becomes the patient’s responsibility. Insurance coverage must be verified at the time of treatment, and if coverage cannot be confirmed, payment will be required at the time of service via cash or credit card.
We accept most insurance plans, but since we are not in-network with all providers, we encourage patients to call our office beforehand to confirm coverage and avoid any surprises.
